How long does shipping take?
Orders will be scheduled for production after payment is confirmed, instead of being processed immediately after placing an order. The order processing period is 1 to 2 business days. Domestic orders generally arrive within 5–7 business days. International delivery times may vary depending on the destination and customs clearance procedures, with a standard lead time of 7–14 business days. If shipment is delayed due to inventory issues, we will inform you of the estimated delivery date via email.

What are your shipping charges?
We follow a tiered shipping fee policy based on order amount. Orders with a total value over $399 qualify for free shipping. A shipping fee of $50 will be applied to orders ranging from $300 to $399. Orders between $200 and $300 will incur a shipping fee of $60. A standard shipping fee of $80 will be charged for all orders below $200.
For all regions outside the US, a flat shipping fee of $85 will be applicable regardless of the order amount.

Do you ship internationally?
Once your order is shipped, an email with your tracking details will be sent to the email address provided in your order form. Please ensure to check your inbox, as well as spam or junk folders.

Is the packaging discreet?
Yes. All shipments are packed in discreet, unbranded packaging. Temperature-sensitive items include thermal protection and desiccants.

Can I cancel or change an order after placing it?
Orders are processed quickly to preserve product integrity. Please contact us within 4 hours of ordering and we will try our best to accommodate cancellation or modification requests.
